Nutsy, you keep saying February, maybe I'm missing it in the S4, but I keep seeing is it must be completed by the first qtr. 2013

I'll tell you what else, if many of the short shares were hedged with some of these January 2013 Calls, I would think that these shorts would be doing one of two things:
1) covering their short positions, or
2) buying new Calls to hedge their short positions...and there has been almost no Options activity for a while, soooooo....
