like I said, DSU responded to my post but I can not find that post. I don't think it was deleted but he did say adamantly that the samples were not taken to China to "verify". Although I may disagree with that, I do not wish to get into a debate on something that I do not know the answer. My only conclusion is IF the Chinese were to back out, then I believe the "market" would perceive this as they having not seen what they wanted to see. But I do not believe that would be the end of SRSR. But to add suppositions on such an event at this point can be viewed as adding to the "fear and uncertainty" ....which is something I do not wish to do....
Nobody knows anything for sure. However there is lots of additional due diligence available. It seems the Chinese aren't nearly as tight lipped as the company is.
There have been multiple articles translated that have detailed Scott's visits and discussions of a 51% stake.
You tend to portray Scott as dishonest which there seems to be know evidence to support such a theory.
I don't consider that we are planning to spinout ST and not doing so a lie. I would just prefer an explanation of the details and regular updates on the status of such announcements , something Scott has chosen NOT to provide.
I certainly don't see such lack of follow through and disclosure the hallmarks of superior management but considering he has always operated on a shoe string budget I'll excuse the amateurish management style.
