That part I can't comment on - your guess about the Zouvas connection is as good as mine.
We should take this back to the Hondo board if you want to discuss further. Although, I am sure I will attract the usual threats from the Hondo management/lawyer guy who likes to harass me on that board.
By the way, one last comment - did you know about the two NOVs that were issued to Hondo by the Arizona Dept. of Environmental Quality late last Spring? They cannot discharge anything related to the tailings until they have the Aquifer Protection Permit. These permits are multi-year efforts. I wonder if Magnolia realizes that, because it would mean an expensive and lengthy permitting process.
