The defense business seems to be bought by another party. Unknown for how much.

I have asked myself before what the intentions of management are when filing for CH11 (normally used to explore restructuring options).

Btw when the company is liquidated (Chapter 7) it stops operations completely. No going private. There are a few interesting days ahead.
