I doubt GTC would want to be libel for the many pages of DOD T&C's (open books, huge liabilities, etc., etc.)- this is why we just did a joint venture with primes. Also, we have no experience in logistics and training. Most all companies partner in DOD contracts (I worked for Fortune 50 company- they would never expose themselves to DOD work as a prime...we partnered on everything as a sub contractor)
