I think it's good tobe on your toes with a PS. So far though I see no evidence of heavy diluting in the trading over the last few weeks.

Plus as I've indicated, insiders are in with the common OS total...No Pref.

If the deal wasnt complete, why would they PR it. Probably dont want to jepordize the deal. They still need to come to the table w/the shares avaiable to make every thing final.
