I appreciate your side of this. I think both sides and the judge are embarrassments. And I think given that, Jay should take his 4 boxes, and whatever else he has and run with it. The judge and the Fishers really wasted everyone's time here. Jay is just Jay. Big ego as you say and all. The enhancement is another non-issue. Who cares? The value suddenly is in question. Horan got played, if he stuck around as long as he did. The kirby item can be discussed later outside this event. And should have been. You should have seen that coming. The rest seems all so unimportant. Idiots chasing worthless stones, investors hoping to bank on another scheme, a ex-whatever guy trying to hawk a story. Regardless of how you spin this, everyone looks like a loser.
I think your statement on Jay said it all for us ORRV'ers. Jay has a poor opinion of Scott and Scott has never done anything this past four years. I bought because these guys planned on bringing up Manila galleons loaded with precious metals. This story has been a great sidenote, and took over. Valuations came of .03-.05, providing everything was true. That was enough to stick around.
I'll give it to JRF30. He said we get zero. Who knew? Well he did, but just was a bit off on the reasons why.
