I think it is a fair estimate that all of the conjecture and "reports" on this site are false. One only has to evaluate the source to realize that fact. ORRV investors should wait to read the transcripts to get FACTS.

December 21st is next week already, and title WILL be awarded.

Then comes the "year" of reckoning for the Fisher's and all of the others in on their fraudulent attempt to discredit this find. The effects will be far reaching. And this is not "Just my opinion". That doesn't work.

allyboys1, Sounds like Silverstein is trying to intimadate witnesses again. If I remember correctly he was asked about that on the witness stand when 2 witnesses in the Hall out side the courtroom said, that Silverstein tried to intimidate them before they testified.

I think maybe Silverstein should wait and see if the Judge has anything to say about the last episode in Key West, when Silverstein was questioned about intimidating 2 witnesses.

Or maybe Jay's Legal fee's and Silversteins money as an investor may not be covered by what the emeralds are really worth and he is trying to sue people to cover those costs. Who knows ??

I do know that no witness testified that Silverstein committed Fraud, so I don't know where this is coming from.

Sounds like Silverstein doesn't think Jay is going to walk away free and clear.
