#35569 RE: The help #35568

I take your word for it. The only reference I have is the Google Maps application to determine whether roads are paved or not. On the map of Black Diamond Road and Yates Road intersection, the roads looked to be well defined and paved. At a closer look and using Google Earth view, the roads don't look paved at all. As you say, they look to be unpaved with rough and uneven edges leading to side ditches. I have not been there, yet and plan on making the journey in the spring but I will not be making a trip during the winter months. I expect the site to be abandoned before spring, though with my record, I'm probably off base on that too. I am still planning for spring, regardless of activity or abandonment as I have made some new acquaintances that I want to meet. I have been invited to visit and will do so.
Thanks for your input and information.

They probably need signage but there is a sign, at least on their website, " greenoasisenvironmental.com " there is a photo of the sign with what appears to be the legal description of the location of the Custom Carbon Processing Michels disposal facility. It is stated on the sign as, " S2-NE4-SE4-SEC3-T13N-R60E ". The web site of Montana Cadastral, http://svc.mt.gov/msl/mtcadastral/ shows no such legal description in Wibaux County, MT; not in the vicinity of Black Diamond Road and Yates Road or any other area. I think there may be a serious problem with not only the information share holders are receiving but also with the information MT gov't. is getting from this corporation.

Which side of Yates Rd. is the sign? The sign has a legal description on it. The legal description on the sign is not the legal description of the Michels property on the west side of Yates Rd. It is not the legal description of either Michels property on the west side of the road. It is somewhat similar to the legal description of the property immediately across Yates Rd from the Michels property but that property is the Wojahn property. It makes me wonder if management really knows where the Michels property is and if the facility is on the east side of Yates instead of the west side, could they have built that facility on property they have no business being on? Will you mind taking a run by there, going south on Yates Rd from Black Diamond Road? Which side of the road is the sign on?
