The sign is at gate only to facility. Yates is minimum maintenance roaf
Black diamond also gravel. More used. From I 94 its carlisle road
Sign says no services at exit. Take Carlisle to black diamond
Turn right then at yates and blsck diamond intersection
Turn left or south it has 8 doors huge propane tank

But in winter that road is like ice road trucking
