BMG/LQMT/Micro fuel cell question

Please understand i have spent many hours researching the items below prior to posting this. I think i am simply missing the connection between the items/developments as they relate to LQMT.

My question is how do the new findings by Jan Schroers, as well as his labs patents involving BMG affect LQMT

-Would they need to use a different formulated BMG?
-Would any outside producer to use blowmoulding or the fuel cells)have to use a different formula based BMG? Or license from LiquidMetal?
-Would thses items be something LQMT would have to license from the developer?

These may seem like novice questions, so i am hoping someone with deeper knowledge of LQMT may be able to clarify the connection, or possibly, the differences between what LQMT uses and what JS works with?
