What I can't figure out is even after the prev. filings you show XLPI actually went down in the number of O/S shares. Thats what makes me wonder if it is the old Green light here it comes type! I guess time will tell. The only thing I can say is that this is a solid company and with what contracts it has we are easily worth over a .01 IMHO. Its been a while for a bounce and LONGS are not going anywhere in the evidence of volume. I just hope one day this company is were us longs believe it will be and maybe this is a start. I for one will be trying to buy more come monday I just hope someone will be willing to give it to me @ .01.
