Like an innocent spouse when wrong doing. Does she not own 1/2 of CannaBank? If so, and she is clean, I still believe that they would confiscate his shares and sell them. That has been my thinking for some time. Same as the Tripp and the guys from the Netherlands. I still believe everything works out OK for shareholders regardless of M.L.
Totally agree with your post and something thateveryone needs to ask. Does she have her own monies in CannaBank? This is very possible and would make it much harder for a cut and dried case with assets and shares of MJNA.
Greenie makes it look like a slam dunk and I for one do not believe that to be the case. With the questions you have brought trully makes the outcome a lot less certain than Greenie has made it.
