Ms. Sides has been involved this whole time. All the way back to the North American days. How she has come out unscathed is still a mystery to me, but it obviously means she has done nothing wrong in the eyes of the law....

But it is naive to think that ML's partner, secretary, lawyer, bookkeeper, or whatever other title did not know exactly what was happening and did not benefit from it as well.

I give her the benefit of doubt still...... It might just be her that saves the shareholders interest here since she cosigned on every LLC that Llamas has ever made up.....
