not really leaning in favor of innocence or guilt or on the fence for that matter, the preponderance of the evidence and how all plays out with the over-all case will be fact in the end , and no-one has produced anything that can validate that this will have a huge negative impact on mjna ...... So this must be carefully considered a risk factor as the facts present themselves ......

If he was smart he will Plea bargain and plead Guilty for lesser time in Prison..
But if he fights it and loses He could do 10 years in the clanker..

Either way the Fraud money is coming back. ML. better buy some soap on a Rope....and MJNA shareholder will be holding a empty bag.

LIf ML has no money to pay attorneys, then how can he own contolling interest in CANNAban or anything else, he would have sold them, unless he is not permitted too pending the outcome of investigation of his ill gotten gains, one thing for sure i if mjna is making money hand over fist as claimed the fines legal costs etc will be covered, and lets just be honest people they did not get a 15 mil loc with the financial viability of this company being in question based on the court case , any amount of common sense tells you that much, let's not be disingenuous here.
