Where do you think ML will get the money to settle ? Phytosphere already put up 100k to bail him out.

Attorney's are not cheap and he has pleaded not guilty.... A year in court could be 500k +++

If the government decides they want restitution where do you think they'll come looking for it ? It's kind of hard to file bankruptcy when you own controlling interest of millions of dollars worth of shares of a public company that could have possibly been bought with the money you just pled guilty to stealing.

There's too many variables that the company is either not addressing, or is flat out lying about....

None of my gloom and doom scenario might ever happen. I admit I'm not a lawyer. If, however it turns out that they come after ML and cannabank then the stock could get shut down. Dixie will still be in business, Phytosphere will still be growing their fields of dreams and Canchew will be selling CBD gum..... while MJNA shareholders wind up with a worthless stack of paper.

All because of one crook.....
