So then...Based on your info you're relaying, the new company will need to raise money....meaning there will be lots of dilution taking place right out of the gate, no doubt.

If you know how much money they'll need, can you do that extra-special math for us and tell us how many shares are going to be dumped on the market to raise the funds needed? Thanks
