I can clearly see two bullish reversal patterns on UBRG chart..

First is the hammer candle formed and second one is a perfect looking double bottom .. Both strong bullish patterns .. Plus we have the great news of uplisting to a bigger exchange .. Penny break coming on Monday .. IMO ..

UBRG will not move to NASDAQ.
Too many factors against it including low PPS and No net tangible assets.
