Looks like increasing numbers of folks have their hands out in this proposed deal. Now Jeffries is saying they valued KCG at $2.75. At the end of the day I still can't imagine anyone assuming Knights liabilities. I think more class actions suits will be filed and with the fiscal cliff being up in the air it just adds to the liklyhood this will never materialize. All imho.
