Please go ahead and buy $8000 worth. If your funds have not settle and this skyrocket sell it anyway and take the penalty from your Brokerage firm i know i would and in fact i have done it before well worth it you make a whole lot of money. There are other Brokerage firms you can use to put your money into and be able to trade.
