I think it is unrealistic to keep on perpetuating this expectation of a special dividend. I would expect that it is not going to happen.

The board will consider it but I too think that the probability we will get it is pretty low.
If, however, they were to surprise us I hope that they will come up with a new contract to get the amount of the special dividend so that the stock price is not affected.
