CBIS has not issued one of them so your guess is as good as mine.... I honestly don't care about it anymore. And if CBIS was this big scammy share selling machine like people claim them to be, why haven't they issued any of those shares ?

All I can say about this is that the company claimed they were going to do something and did not. As far as I am concerned that is enough to question anything they say.

They can not issue those shares without giving them to the public. If they fail to do that they will have given false info and will get screwed by it.

I have to say the idea that you dont care if the company does what they say does not lend any strength to your argument that the PRs say they are doing anything.

How do you tell the difference between what the company says and actually means and what they say to make the PPS spike?
