I honestly think that CBIS could care less about the beer. It's a JV with an established company that already has patents and trademarks throughout the EU and Asia with a distribution network.

They aren't going to put THC in the beer dude. I think new CBIS branded product lines will be introduced.

If you have also been reading the last few PR's CBIS has been stating that they are going to begin clinical trials in the EU. It helps to have a partner with facilities there to make the necessary formulations.

As far as the divi goes, I have no answer... But there's still a whole new class of shares sitting there.

CBIS has not issued one of them so your guess is as good as mine.... I honestly don't care about it anymore. And if CBIS was this big scammy share selling machine like people claim them to be, why haven't they issued any of those shares ?
