hmmm so it can be sold here as long as you can get it here, but you cant get it here without importing it, and you cant import it because the company wont import it with the restrictive laws...

so 2 questions...
How are you going to get it?

Seems to me the USA is inundated with German beers and french wines... How harsh are the laws???

Here... take a look. They are not as harsh as you would be lead to believe.

It is actually just a matter of getting a licensed importer. You dont need permits etc if you have one.

Hemp beer is made in the USA so it isnt against the law

Maybe like all hemp beer is sucks and nobody will buy it except as a gag gift so an importer wont bother?
