The reason this stock is tanking is dilution - and they keep hiring "advisors" to the board.
Every time they issue more shares -they screw the shareholders.

Its all about supply and demand
They keep printing more shares and the shares you buy are worth less and less
When they stop diluting the pps will recover.
But those who bought at the higher price will be disgusted and sell as the price slowly recovers.

Thanks, I didn't realize the warning had been there for so long. I bought my shares over a year ago and had no problems.

Well, hopefully it will be lifted and I will be able to buy more eventually before it gets too high.
