I agree with you but the dilution is done. Not to say it is over but did in fact happen. Since it was done the PPS can not recover without "anti-dilution". So either they retire or buy back or they have to increase the value of the company.
The appear to be saying they are doing that but the past 2 months I have been been in contact with them has only shown me that they are not being forthright with their investors.
Until they show something factual and profitable this stock will remain a trading stock to me. I was originally long here but after my DD I decided the company needs to prove something before I believe them.
