I am not on good communication terms with Tatiana and Armando from my understanding. However, it’s not personal as I think nobody is. Armando or Tatiana is not going to respond to anyone anymore as I had stated in my previous response to you and I had explained why. If they give in to do so, I would expect very minimal answers. The way how interpreted his last response to me was that they will let the company speak for themselves along with future public updates within their system whether we think it’s best or not.
At this point, either you believe or you don't believe that SRGE owns the Cinco Minas property. I have made the decision to believe so we will see. Much credibility will be added when they soon release the name of their lawyer/legal counsel. I trust them that they have confirmation of such to the degree that is required to legally suffice for them. If it is good enough for them, then it is good enough for me. We will soon see just who they are too as such has to be indicated within their upcoming filings/disclosures.
It was also mentioned that the database at the MMR is backed up over a year or so and that anything viewed as of late could be outdated. I am expecting to see more confirmation in their upcoming 4th Qtr/Annual filings that they own the Cinco Minas property along with some resolution as to whether or not they have paid their Title Taxes of which was mentioned a while back that they have been paid.
I’m fine with my belief based on my DD. For those who are still unsure, then I recommend to simply wait and see after more is released. As for any other thoughts on this topic… respectfully… I don’t know what else to tell you.
