As I remember it it was in the range of 7hp -15hp, I think closer to your guess. And this was for sts 111. When the boys took over in Maryland they removed the gimbals by controlling they airship by flexing the joints. And I agree with WW Y not make the Bib that way. Possible reason is retrieving is more difficult or payload is far to heavy for 1 cell.
