Maybe, but I think they might have finally gotten a steady enough revenue stream that they are ready to move forward. If they are still in debt and need cash then the will RS. If not it plays in their favor to let the stock price build before RSing a year or more down the road. It is just a wait and see. I own a good bit, but would not tell anyone to buy. I would say this company should be on your radar thought.
