That is my point, BILLIONS (CDs) are more important than millions (downloads).

WHY? Why would the record companies look to add a few million or a hundred million to downloads and allow billions to wash away with casual copying of CDs?

Customers are unhappy with AAPL. AAPL is the problem. Not all customers understand why there is a problem though...
