sahd3g, "Customers are unhappy with AAPL"???????? Well the market sure doesnt support that statement, people have bought more IPods than they have Mediamax protected disks so far, what you dont seem to grasp is that people dont have to buy an IPod to enjoy downloaded music, they can buy many other devices that do the same exact thing, the numbers speak for themselves though, IPod is far and away the market leader, now the CDs on the otherhand, well listeners cant just go buy another product with the same music on it, they are stuck with an incompatable CD, and they sure arent buying it BECAUSE it has Mediamax on it, they are buying disks with Mediamax on them because the label has given them no choice, if they want the music, they have to take the crippled version.
