Let's break it down:

No MOST pinks do not put out audited financials. And SRGE has never put out audited financials since they went dark years ago.

Some on this board KNOW that annual reports are the only thing that gets AUDITED - and do not expect nor demand "everything audited that comes out in a pr."


And yes there are financials in an annual report - but a HUGE difference between Audited Financials and UNAudited financials.

And any NYSE company would demand AUDITED financials before they would even consider looking at a buyout - which SRGE does not have.

I suspect making a claim of a buyout from a NYSE company in that press release will force the hand of the SEC to suspend this stock.
