Generally is the key word here. I didn't say always or sometimes,I said generally.

They can't, follow the math.

The conversions between SRGE and Rockridge are all screwed up. If the use teh dollar value they posted they have a screwed up share structure. If they use the share structure they posted their numbers don't add up in their filings as they are missing hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars.
