The Company knows that shareholders are awaiting further details on these fronts and on the anticipated record date for the proposed Shining Tree Resources Corp. spin-out previously announced. Sarissa expects to be in a position to announce the record date for this in January.
This was a much longer post but I think if you can show me how this 1 thing is not a fail I will be able to believe that a CTO is a buy signal and the rest of the post wouldnt matter..
So far he has failed to spinout ST after almost 2 and 1/2 years of saying he would.
He has failed to remove the CTO after several years?
So far he has failed to close a financing deal.
That doesn't mean he won't turn it around because he doesn't give up. It is not because he has a planned patience to let all this happen as part of a grand plan. Its out of necessaty you don't give up.
I have always said that Scott has done a good job considering the fact he has limited access to capital.
You have been saying he has a purposeful plan to be patient which isn't the case or that he has access to capital when he hasn't fortunately your failure to understand doesn't have to be permanent either.
