No you have not. The beginning of the debate was that Scott has NOT purposely failed to close a deal and allow others to spend money for which the end result is showing SRSR to be a better property. Nor has he purposely waited so that the the underlying economics of Niobium have improved.

All of these things happened as a result of not obtaining financing. Had financing been obtained the above would still have happened.

It wasn't a plan like you are portraying it was accidental benefits.

He would have closed if he could have even if the deal like HKHE was inferior to what we are now working on.

The only person you may have convinced other wise is yourself.

"They COULD have done some other crap deal... INSTEAD...

But, they DIDN'T do some crap deal... rather than CHOOSE to be patient..."

Not at all true, they would have closed the crap deal but couldn't! Remeber we had a shareholder meeting for approval and were told it would close... however it didn't.

Patience had nothing to do with HKHE not being able to raise 5.5 million, other than the patience it took waiting 1 year for the exclusive to end only to fin out HKHE couldn't raise the money.

Well changing the argument is fine but its is not what we were disagreeing on in the first place. We have spent days back and forth on this and now you want to change your story.

I wish you would have done that days ago and I am even more sure the others on the board who have had to read this nonsense would have preferred the same.

Its difficult to have a discussion about something when you want to change the subject matter to fit your thoughts.

You may have convinced yourself your right but changing the argument just shows others you haven't.

This is the crux of our disagreement that has been going on for days now.

They COULD have done some other crap deal... INSTEAD...

But, they DIDN'T do some crap deal... rather than CHOOSE to be patient...

That is great except for the fact Scott spend a year trying to close the "crap" deal and only didn't because he couldn't. So there was no patience or choice on his part.

If he could have he would have closed it taken their 5.5-10 million and moved on.

Its really hard for something to be more simple than your quote above. No body but you could possibly could believe something so opposite of what really happened and continuously argue about it.

Sorry, it just didn't happen that way no matter how many times you repeat that it did.
