This is the crux of our disagreement that has been going on for days now.

They COULD have done some other crap deal... INSTEAD...

But, they DIDN'T do some crap deal... rather than CHOOSE to be patient...

That is great except for the fact Scott spend a year trying to close the "crap" deal and only didn't because he couldn't. So there was no patience or choice on his part.

If he could have he would have closed it taken their 5.5-10 million and moved on.

Its really hard for something to be more simple than your quote above. No body but you could possibly could believe something so opposite of what really happened and continuously argue about it.

Sorry, it just didn't happen that way no matter how many times you repeat that it did.
