SamIam - you state the total payout for 500,000,000 shares. I'm confused, I thought you told us this was a P&D with a gagged TA so therefore, all that was going on was dilution by the company, or some other related party, dumping more shares into the market. So, which is it? Are you confirming your belief is that the O/S is in the 500M range?
