:-) Why sell now? What else can the 'wrong' way?
For me the probability of positive(s) is greater than the negative... all considered.

MNTA is selling for less P/S than prior mL approval.
I don't think all those MNTA employees are twiddling their thumbs...

Failure to get the en banc did it for me. Every legal claim went against MNTA. Now, only a favorable Supreme Court ruling can protect that patent. It takes a minimum of 6 months to get something like this on the schedule; If they hear it! Is there any other news that could break in less than 6 months?
