I am surprised to see ppl bailing at this price.

u pay less than $4 for MNTA's assets. I can understand why ppl no longer think this is a 80 dollars stock. but at 10, it's absurd. We will see what next year bring.

Worst case, we end next year at 5 (cash value); best case, this is a 50$ stock.

"This is not about Lovenox it is about the implications it will have on future products, lose here, what is to stop someone from copying your patent on Copaxone etc."
They have stopped MNTA from copying Copax. Yet Everyone gets to use MNTA's "invention." Perhaps the end product is the only enforceable patent. The "safe harbor" seemed (IMHO) to be talking about the use of "methods" to produce a drug that was about to come off patent protection. Since Lovenox is no longer protected, methods of production are a free-for-all. Of course I strongly disagree, but have no vote.
Intellectual property should be protected by law. It should also be protected by the company. These "conferences" where MNTA Brass brag about the work being done are not helping. This is not a University where departments can brag about instructional developments. Every word is heard by the competition. A true genius only needs a little hint to complete the puzzle. Why help them?
