This is not about Lovenox it is about the implications it will have on future products, lose here, what is to stop someone from copying your patent on Copaxone etc.

Lovenox is what is win or lose, we win the market will never return to what it was pre watson launch. Customers are smart when their was discussions about switching to watson's drug you know they made Sandoz commit to a long term price regardless if watson is in or out, same for the AG if they pull their drug no one will ever buy their drug again so the damage is done this is all about protecting the pipeline
