that is correct and those shares are not in the float, we will find that out for sure very soon.

Yup. Boss owns IPRU debt. Liabilities were over 200k as of Sept 30th. In october he gave himself 140m shares for wiping almost all debt out of IPRU. Email today stated he had not put any out in the market. He will probably wait for a much higher pps or others have speculated RM with C&S. Better he have those 140mil than some vulture capitalist that would for sure dump those.
