That is the US Special Operations Command. There is no way anyone would be able to tell you anything about that contract without serious repercussions. That is a highly sensitive organization.
What I can tell, is that last week's high level meetings (General Brooks, ARCENT Commander) went extremely well, and we can be expecting a SIGNIFICANT order very soon. And it will not be posted under any website because they are going to order it directly through one of CACI's existing, multi-billion dollar contracts.
In the longer term, LE has responded to signifcant RFPs for both the Marine Corps and the Joint NonLethal Weapons organization. Go and Google them yourself.
Get in on this stock while you still can. The next PR is going to mention significant dollars for a very real order, and we will be over $1 a share by New Years....Count on it.
