LEI is listed as an interested vendor. Not sure if that means they actually submitted a proposal or not, but from the timelines for the selection process given in the announcement they would already know if their 'White Paper' was selected and they were asked to provide a formal proposal.

Maybe one of the insiders on the board (Ryan B?) can let us know if SOCOM selected LEI to move on in the next stage of the process. I'm guessing they didn't because we would have already seen the PR!
