Well ok then, I call BS on that. No wait. I'll replace the fan cooled magnetron in my microwave with a water cooled unit. Tap a line from the nearby frig(used for the ice machine) and while I cook dinner I get hot water for the dishes all while being 30% more efficient. No wait even more efficient overall because now I get hot water for free.

Whats next - an all in one refrigerator(with ice machine)/microwave/dishwasher combo unit?

Gatz - They can make it substantially more efficient if they run an auxiliary feed line out to the central air conditioning compressor unit of whatever building their contrivance manages to be installed in. Then, they can pre-heat the water feeding their unit with the waste heat and the heat generated by the electrical inefficiencies of the central air conditioner.

This has the advantage of making the central air conditioner even more efficient at doing its job because you are dramatically lowering the operating temperature of the compressor, and then making the Wanderport unit seem to be even more efficient because it is putting out heat that it never had to actually produce.

In fact, with this approach, the WDRP unit can be a zillion percent efficient since it can put out hot water without even being turned on. Without even being plugged in. In fact, by using this design, the WDRP unit doesn't even need to be installed, or even manufactured to work.

Such a deal.
