In answer to your questions,

I am not a shareholder.

My company provided professional services to a company that VV set up as a shell then dissolved.

I was NEVER paid for any of the work provided.

I have written guaranties of payment from VV.

Joel Wertman (whom I am also suing) was acting as agent for VV shell company.

If I wrote something untrue about VV, it would be libel , not slander.
