I did my DD, and contacted involved parties in your so called 'case'. This shell company you speak of is an actual corporation named Tri Partners, Inc. Owned by the Mannings/Valcom, and Managed by TH (CEO of Valcom). They stated that your contract was with Mr. Mustard Pancakes (JW). It was said that this matter belongs in a small claims court. One of the parties even mentioned that you are a BD, not to be confused with a Broker Dealer.
I couldn't scrap up any info on these so called contracts you have with VV himself. From what I've heard, I don't see why you spend your time on these message boards. For some sort of personal vendetta? You've even stated that you are not a share holder with either of these companies. Just go through your case and wait for the results. Make sure you have sufficient evidence as well. Good Luck
