Respectfully, WW, that isn't fair. The Aerostar HiSentinel was designed to have a disposable envelope. See the following UsMil presentation:

But if you are saying that the "back" part of "strat and back" requires a reusable envelope then I give that to you. BTW at launch it looks like only about 10% inflation--need a REALLY light envelope fabric for sure. Good discussion, thanks, WW. Highest regards, Indy.
