I have no idea whats going on but it's not too hard to speculate.
Nothing real w/'major' hybrid mfg. Why? No change in stock price. Period. There are no secrets and if it was real SOMEONE would hear and speculate. Period.
PR campaign is in full swing and...NOTHING. Period.
