Perhaps...and then again perhaps not. I have also been trading many years. The company still has not announced how they intend to pay for the financing they got. Your scenario could well be in play. However, when a company tells you it has financing and doesn't give you the details, you can bet there are shares involved. While I certainly do not discount the scenario you propose, Imo, I think the scenario I have discussed is also viable. Fact is, we don't know where the shares are coming from. Financing deals can be an albatross. The fact that the company doesn"t want to talk about the specifics leads me in the direction that I have laid out..JMO...GLTA
