been trading for many years and this trading pattern is bizarre. When you give someone an order to sell shares you don't give such small amounts at a time for such small dollars. Also after every order their is a back print which means that arca is printing after every order instead of storing them up for one big back print at the end of the day. I see it as a group that is shorting the stock. They will get slammed on this deal. My advice is to do all buys on the offer and do not slap bids. I believe arca is hitting bids also, that is what a shorter will do. Arca has no idea they are shorting they are strictly taking the orders from someone. The more they short the better the run.
